Hello everyone! It is my wish that each and every one of you and your loved ones are safe, well, and being blessed!
It is also my wish that each of you are taking all the necessary precautions to safeguard against this very scary, very deadly monster: the Coronavirus.
While it is much harder for us on the inside to protect ourselves, we still try. But I urge you all out there to take responsibility and do your part to help prevent the spread of the virus. Masks, social distancing, hand and face washing, but most importantly, staying home whenever possible. If you do not need to go out, don't go out!
This virus is running rampant and claiming the lives of the people we love. Healthcare workers are overworked and tired from witnessing people meet their untimely end. The number of lives lost in a battle with COVID-19 is ridiculous! Especially when we can all do our parts to slow the spread. This thing is bigger than just you. So remember people: Masks Up!"
(Note from CFJ: As of today, 12/15/2020, Fluvanna Correctional has 99 covid positive inmates and 1 inmate in hospital as well as 5 covid positive staff members)
